DOGE is allegedly DELETING researcher's mandatory annual progress reports from Grants.gov and then using their "non-compliance" to cancel their grants. That tells me that scientists who have appealed the cancelling of their grants are winning so DOGE is manufacturing "probable cause." The word got out to the academic community and everyone has been told to take screen captures of their uploaded documents.
