Back when Reagan was Governor of California and he set about ruining the UC and CSU systems, a friend told me he was doing it because an uneducated citizenry was easier to control.

If I'd heard the term tinfoil hat at the time, that would have described what I thought of her suggestion.

All those decades ago I was so, so, so wrong that I still retain some sympathy for those currently being swept up in the mass delusion these f**kers are perpetrating.

If people like Steven Hassan can help us reach even some of those who seem unreachable, I will do whatever I can to help.

I knew Reagan was awful and worked to try to keep him from taking the horror national but, clearly, I'd missed the full horror of his evil intent that my friend had seen years earlier.
