Trump THROWS LATE NIGHT FIT after Biden DERAILS PLAN - Meidas Touch
Trump is claiming that Biden’s Pardons of his family, Jan6th Committee Members, Dr. Fauci and General Milley among others, are invalid and that it won’t stop his DOJ from going after them, because Biden did what all presidents have done before him, used the aid of a Mechanical autopen to sign written pardon declarations.
Michael Popok explains that the power of the pardon is absolute, and does not require writing at all, and that the use of the Autopen to sign pardons is common practice, including during the GW Bush Administration, as the Supreme Court will have to stop Trump in his tracks and reaffirm the absolute power of a president to pardon. - 03/17/2025.
