Donald Trump and his administration have been losing in court after court, trial courts and appellate courts, from coast to coast.

His latest loss: an appeal court refused to put a stop to Trump's administration being ordered to rehire federal employees that were wrongfully terminated.

So of course, Trump tries to distract everyone from his unrivaled losing streak by prattling on about how pardons issue by Joe Biden are invalid because (he asserts without any evidence) an autopen was use to sign the pardons.

1. He asserts without any evidence

In sophomore debate class Mrs Ingalls would say over and over if you assert you must prove. And she would say it loudly. Loved that lady. I recall I was starting to give my first presentation in class. After about three seconds I heard her booming voice coming from far away. WHY ARE YOU STANDING BEHIND THAT PODIUM? Loved that Lady. I turned out pretty good because of her. She would have flunked trump.

2. Don't we know that TFG did flunk? Or he would have if he didn't pay the smarter boys to take his tests for him...

He knows nothing about government and the law, nor does he care, he only ran again to get his retribution.
