The second point is big companies. Public schools, Banks, and large and small businesses audit their results.
I worked in public schools for 25 years, and they are audited every summer by law in Wisconsin.

Why shouldn't ALL election results be audited to make sure the results are accurate?

My answer is that if you are a big, strong political party in power and in control, you don't want the truth; you want to win.
