unconstitutional for one branch to abdicate its duty by endowing another branch with power that branch is not given in the constitution.

but tragically the Trump Republicans have the presidency and he can sign as many executive orders as he likes, the Supreme Court has been manipulated with Justices who align with Trump's Republicans.... and they have the Congress as well.

WE SHOULD HAVE ADDED SUPREME COURT JUSTICES WHILE BIDEN WAS IN OFFICE. We could have done it. We choked.
