2. I learned about this from Liz Cheney's book, many of his closest advisors were telling that he lost

So even that it was his lame duck session, he replaced those in important jobs, like in the Pentagon, with those with no experience and were unable to get Senate approval, which was pretty dangerous. All that matters to him is "loyalty."
