Lots of farm and produce and canning companies sell to the federal government. Chop that spending and businesses will be hurt and food production reduced.

They are redistributed to schools, homeless shelters, senior homes, etc as food aid. Both domestically and internationally. Not to mention to feed the military they are eliminating.

If the govt stops buying those products, prices will fall far below the cost to produce them.

I don't know how they breathe without assistance.

Fuck all of them.

They voted to destroy this country.

They voted for a criminal to destroy our justice system.

They voted against their best interest and the interest of this country.

They voted for someone who doesn't believe in equal rights for women.

They voted to get rid of the department of education, because it is apparent they have no use for it.

They are my enemies.

They are enemies of my country.

They are pro Nazi.

They are pro Christian Nationalist.

Fuck all of them !!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there were a stronger way to express how vile I find all of them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

16. I admit I've got a lot of sympathy for this guy

He seems like a great beekeeper, a prosperous farmer in a tough business. He works long hours, collapses in front of his TV or computer, and gets sold a bogus bill of political goods.

I can't call him stupid because he's not.

He bought into ideology. The problem is that ideologues never think anything through to the end. They destroyed half his market because they think children, elderly and ill people, and people just temporarily down on their luck are leeches destroying capitalism. Ideologues just don't think beyond their simple solutions to complex problems and that's the mistake this guy made.

Those simple solutions can be very seductive to tired people who collapse at the end of 14 hour days and don't have the energy for much of anything else. I hope this guy manages to survive the next 3.5 years. Good luck to him, he'll need a lot of it.
