For probably the first time in his entire miserable life, Rand Paul was 100% correct in his description of tariff policies when talking to Larry Kudlow. Not only that, but then Kudlow actually agreed with him! I never thought I'd see the day.

Simultaneously heartening and unsettling, meaning that I often like and agree with what was said, but it's jarring to hear it coming from those livery mouth flaps.
