I loved tennis, but an ankle injury, surgery, and arthritis made me totally unwilling to even pick up a racket many years later. And for Jordan, if he could not play somewhat close to his own level, I can imagine the same.

He knows he was the best in the world, he was super man on the court. Going onto a court and your body not allowing you to do what you used to be able to do, has to be extremely difficult.

But if is back or shoulders are shot, than it might not be an option.
