Moon setting over river (with Venus) (plus more/later)

1. That was Venus? It was so bright, I thought it was Jupiter.

I stand corrected.I finally found it in the "Planets" app.

Venus is around "4 o'clock" to the Moon. Saturn is just below the Moon.

I don't know what their positions would have been at dusk.

3. I think, could be wrong...

But when it’s that bright and close to the moon, I believe it’s Venus.

4. I was out it was so clear.

Here in the Catskills Venus was very bright, Jupiter and mars very prominent too.
