far more information about her obvious rampant religiosity than her job experience. I will not deliberately reject her because of this, but I can't help but wonder why someone would do that. I must confess that it does not positively predispose me to her.

who presumably will regard her as more trustworthy due to her religion. Sort of like when you see a Christian message on the back of a plumber's truck. It's a method of drumming up business from other Christians.

Whether (B) actually happens still remains to be seen; but depending on where she applies, it could very well be a boost for her, especially if she is white.

...padding a resume with irrelevancies demonstrates a lack of professionalism.

She is clearly more interested in personal matters not related to her ability to do the job than she is on matters relevant to the job.
