The Shaman of Bad Drrenberg
Great YouTube video of this amazing 1935 find in Germany. It's significant because of the age, 9,000 years ago, and the way in which Nazi Germany tried to use it as an example of Aryan superiority. I love the depictions of the woman found at the site! She looked like a badass who was greatly honored when they buried her with child. Another site has some wonderful text explaining some of the details.
