The sign is the reason Rajkumar Sharma, vice president of the pro-Brahmin Vipra Foundations youth wing, essentially filed a blasphemy complaint against Dorsey. Now a judge is letting the complaint proceed:
Metropolitan Judge Rachan Bissa has admitted the petition and listed the matter for hearing on December 1, the petitioners counsel H M Saraswat said.
Sharma said the post was anti-Brahmin and used coarse language, which was humiliating and thus, intolerable for the community.

For now, though, until a judge dismisses the case, Dorsey is charged with violating Sec. 295A of Indias Penal Code, which forbids Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.
