2. Depends on whether Russell is searching for a Ring or a Pad to his Retirement

If he's looking to simply pad his retirement, then the Steelers are a good fit. The Steelers have defense, but their OL is a mess.

If he's looking for a ring, I can think of a couple of other places where if he's willing to take less money, the team infrastructure is there for a run (Jets, Dolphins).
