Daryle "Mad Bomber" Lamonica days. To me the Raiders have alway been the franchise that took a chance on player who maybe were outcasts and not from the football factory schools.

And the Raiders have also been sort of like the Dodgers of baseball as they had the first Black quarterback, the first Black coach, the first Latino Coach too so it's fitting that they would be the first team to give Kaepernick a chance.
