9. Your post led me on a side journey, to confirm something I heard years ago,

about how the two entwined snakes on the caduceus (but not the rod of asclepius, which actually was about medicine) bore a remarkable resemblance to the double helix of DNA structure, and also kundalini energy, and also something about blood flow. Ah, the things one learns here.
