Seniors
Related: About this forumAny senior here have "tech neck" or "head forward position" from too much online time, etc?
What did you do for it?
Mine came on suddenly with too much online searching combined with carrying heavy packages for several weeks (husband in hospital - wanted outside food, computer equipment, etc).
I was just walking down the street one day about 2 months ago, with a heavy purse around my neck (cross body) and CLUNK - my head drifted down and now there's not getting it up. I did have a pretty pronounced dowager's hump before that.
Its ok when I wake up in the morning after a good night's sleep but by noon - head has drifted back downward.
Thanks for any advice!

I have done exercises for it before, but if my head wouldn't stay up on its own, I'd call a doctor. Physical therapy may be called for.
