My sister regularly grocery shopped at the Elk Grove Village Jewel store where one of the tampered Tylenol bottles was found. For the rest of her life, she referred to that store as "the tylenol store", and of course switched to shopping at a different store. All these many years later, it pains me to think that no one was ever caught.
