What would be a good indoor grow light in wattage for tomatoes.

I turned the back mud room into a grow area.
Now the questions i have as I’m a novice in growing inside are.

1- How long to keep the light on them daily what distance should the light be from plants from initial growth to when I have to stake them.

2 I’m wondering do you think maybe twelve hours is enough or too much trying to simulate long summer days. If I can figure this out then I’d have fresh tomatoes in winter.
If I can succeed at this attempt then I’m gonna build a small greenhouse try have fresh vegetables year round.

Thank you in advance.

... large tomato variety that will also deliver. I've found a couple that did fruit, but not a lot - four or five delicious tomatoes, we got six nice tomato sandwiches from them.

must be exposed to some wind. If not, their stems will not be sturdy enough. Check it out and good luck with your tomatoes 🍅

I thought if this and my barber told me they’ll pollinate themselves he also said when they flower you can shake them so will see.
