Tuscan baked pappardelle!

Juicy chicken breast are rubbed in herbs and baked in a velvety Tuscan-style sauce that pops with sun-dried tomatoes. A generous handful of spinach adds a fresh burst before it’s poured over thick, sauce-catching ribbons of pappardelle.

Wish it were dark meat, but I'm sure i'll survive.
