It's a cabbage salad.

&t=98s

My transcription of the recipe:

340 grams Cabbage cut into 1/2 inch squares
1/2 tsp Salt

- squeeze together -

2 cloves Garlic
2 tblsps Sesame Seeds (ground)
2 tblsps toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Dashi Powder

- add to cabbage -

I used tahini instead of grinding my own sesame seeds. I also accidentally added about a tablespoon of ginger.

That made me smile, 'cuz I love cabbage.

Do you know if this salad will keep over night?

... it may even be better for the flavor to leave it in the fridge for a day or two.
