TRYING this out, Summer salad with blackened rockfish

with mixed greens, snap peas, berries, sweet peppers, mango pineaple dressing.

DESSERT later, FROZEN Butterfinger!

We’re getting lettuce from the garden already! Red and green leaf, and Romaine. Bok choy is still a bit behind.

Salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Light dredge in flower, then egg and light again in flower. Canola oil. Tarter sauce: mayo, sweet relish, dill and Melinda's habanero.
Surprised the wife. Went back for more, sold out.
