The weed store by my house sells snacks from Japan and Asia. I tried a bag of Lays cheese chips. I thought they were bland. Is there much cheese used in Asian cooking or for snacking?

CHEESE IS NOT USED much in Japanese cuisine. THEY don't even make California rolls.
