I’m not usually much of a breakfast person beyond coffee, but I’m on vacation and have been walking a lot, so woke up hungry this morning. I made myself a breakfast sandwich with toasted low-carb bread, bacon, a fried egg, and a slice of American cheese. Cooking in a vacation rental is always an adventure.

Toasted multiseed sourdough toast

Pistachio butter or home made toasted cashew nut/sesame oil spread

Blueberry, apricot, or strawberry jams
