BBQ pork sandwich on sesame seed sandwich bun. Zoodled sweet potatoes with fennel seed, crispy brown and very light.
Big tossed green salad, probably later tonight.
I was going to have this yesterday but my BBQ sauce turned out too hot. It called for an entire tsp of cayenne. By the time it was finished making it, I was too tired to fix it so I just had a salad last night.
Dessert: hazelnut sandwich cookies and decaf coffee.

(687 posts)in the 7" pie plate. Italian sausage, pepperoni, sliced jalapenos and mozz, with garlic olive oil instead of tomato sauce. For dessert, I had a glass of chardonnay and DH had the last prune cupcake.
Off early today, so I put 2.5# ground pork in the freezer as 8oz sage breakfast sausage logs and 2.5# ground beef as 5oz patties. Then I processed 1# of pitted prunes into nearly 3 half-pint jars of lekvar (sounds so much better than prune paste). I wish I thought I wasn't going to need them.
