Homemade Stromboli's today. Using store brand pre made dough.

Never used this store brand dough before 🤞

Going to try to create sweet / spicy Italian sausage ground and diced red or green peppers onions with mozzarella provolone.

Also going to do traditional ham pepperoni mozzarella provolone and with the traditional trying this new ham they call it hoagie ham.

Sauce on the side

My furry golden guy and i headed to store he needs dog food also I don’t want to have to sleep with one eye open.

The hardest part for me is rolling out a rectangular shape that will roll back up correctly. My last one was just Italian sausage and mozzarella, but I like sautéed mushrooms in there too. I do the sauce on the side or sometimes a small amount rolled in too.
