Later this morning a scrambled egg with cheddar cheese, sourdough toast

1. Black coffee now ☕, later fried egg on a toasted English muffin,

bacon and melted cheese with strawberry jelly.

2. Cold, crispy

Sliced Gala apple. Caramel salt Greek yogurt with raisins and chopped dried pineapple. A few Chia seeds sprinkled over the top.

21 seed whole grain toast, with olive oil, butter.

Decaffeinated Earl Grey tea.

3. Coffee with cream, now

Toasted bagel with cream cheese and sliced Gala apple, later.

4. Good morning!

I slept in this morning.

Black coffee earlier and now a toasted multigrain English muffin with whipped cream cheese spread and green olives.

We are awaiting a snow storm and also expecting the TV service person this afternoon. I have a feeling we will see the snow and not the repair guy who is delivering and installing replacement electronics indoors.

Pup is staring out his window at the first large flakes falling. We call that window his TV.
