Ready for Valentine's Day: eggless chocolate cake

Mix in one 8” square pan

Oven 350
30 minutes

1 1/2 c flour
1t baking soda
1 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 t salt

1 T white or cider vinegar
1 t vanilla
1/3 c oil
1 c water

Combine dry in pan

Use flat of spoon to make a triangle of dents in the mix

Pour vinegar in one dent, vanilla in one dent, and oil on one dent

Pour water gently overall

Stir with fork

Let cool 5 minutes in pan

Eggs must have been $$$ back then too. Also this is vegan.
I sub a cup of black brewed coffee for the water.
