I am adding shrimp to the salmon salad; dill, too. It will make a nice filling for a croissant sandwich. I might make up a small amount of chicken noodle soup because it is cool and rainy here. I already cooked the chicken, so that will be easy.
In addition, I have some Terra vegetable chips that I'll have with tsatziki.
Not up for too much cooking tonight because I've been gone all day at a music event.
Dessert will be a chocolate and some hot tea, Earl Grey.

(10,210 posts)I was busy today and sort of uninspired to cook, so I got some takeout from a splendid place here in the area: Top Taste, if anyone is in the vicinity of Kingston NY. A little tiny corner place, with fantastic food and the sweetest proprietors.
Having curry goat, rice, mixed veggies and plantains. Yum! 🇯🇲

(1,358 posts)We ordered takeout since we were nearby a great Thai Restaurant. They make a vegan version that is terrific. Plenty of mixed vegetables and shredded tofu. Really hit the spot when we got home. Cheers! 🥂
