a really good one, for guests, chix, peas, and bacon

In a 12-inch (or larger) ovenproof skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Arrange the chicken, bacon seam side down in the skillet. Cook, undisturbed, for about 4 minutes, until the bacon starts to render its fat and brown on the underside (gently lift the chix with a spatula to monitor)

Details allude me, but it's good; will look again. SOMEHOW, I think there are potatoes in this one. STILL looking!
