I have pumpkin soup warming up in the slow cooker, along with a bratwurst. I changed the soup by adding broth from cooking the sausages the other day. I chilled it, took the fat off, then added it. The taste is extraordinary! Can hardly wait.
I will probably also make a salad.
I'm out of kombucha so I will stop at WF for a bottle of pineapple-peach to tide me over until tomorrow.
Hot chocolate for dessert and maybe part of a chocolate chip cookie. Marshmallows in the hot chocolate. I made my own hot chocolate mix from some cocoa the RG bought. It is Fair Trade and even has a Braille label!

I was kind of tired of soup and casseroles, so I cooked a portion of spare ribs and grated a potato in hash browns.
I'll have an avocado later

(1,354 posts)Steam fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, yellow bell peppers and minced garlic. When almost done add trimmed snap peas and sliced mushrooms. Toss with air fried crispy tofu and whole wheat spaghetti. Season with Penzys Fox Point herb blend and sprinkle with vegan parmesan and chopped fresh parsley after plating. Iced green tea with lemon.
