I am super low on butter (actually it’s ghee), oil, and sugar and have nothing sweet to snack on. Literally just gave up looking in my cookbooks and googling recipes about 15 min. ago, resigned to no dessert tonight. I have all these ingredients and the amounts needed are perfect! 🙌

4. Leave out the cocoa powder

and add a 1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla, and now you have a simple vanilla cake from which to create all kinds of fun cakes. Add in rainbow sprinkles for a fun confetti cake, or blueberries topped with blueberry jam. In the chocolate, how about adding marshmallows and topping with crushed graham crackers, or a dollop of nutella in the middle of you mix for a nutella lava cake. Yum!
The ideas for mug cakes are only limited by your imagination. Enjoy!
