I just made a mug cake with Oreos and milk

I don't know who needs to know this: crush 4 oreos in a microwave safe mug. Add enough milk (1/4 cup?) and mix with the crushed cookies to make a thick batter, a little thicker than a milk shake. Put it in the microwave on high for one minute. It makes a 6 oz. cake. Like pudding cake.

I let it cool slightly and put a dot of ice cream on top. Yum!

1. A bit like 3-2--1 cake. Mix one box of cake mix of choice (dry) with one box

of angel food mix (dry). Store in container. When you want cake, take a large, microwave-safe mug, add 3 tablespoons cake mix, 2 tablespoons water, microwave in high 1 minute (few seconds more if not quite done). Top with a bit of your favourite topping, enjoy!
