What's for Dinner, Sun., Dec. 29, 2024

Roasted Poblano and Queso Fresco with Rancho Gordo Moro heirloom beans.

Artisan bread, toasted, to go with it.

I also made red pepper soup and also a sauce. It can have sausage in it if anyone wants it that way.

I keep making my Christmas salad over and over again. It seems it is perfect for the holiday season with its colorful pomegranate arials and tangerine slices with citris dressing. Toasted pecans and ruffly green lettuce, sliced.

Dessert: puff pastry Christmas tree cookies.

Kombucha: cherry.

on edit: forgot to mention red pepper soup and sauce.

and my back and hip are really complaining. But I'm determined to start off the New Year with at least the main living areas around here clean. So, tonight, I've informed everyone I'm not cooking. I'm thinking it's the perfect night for a take out pizza!

Lavash flatbread slathered with homemade Dr. Fuhrman’s Thousand Island dressing (his recipe). Air fried tenders rolled up in the flatbread with sliced tomatoes, vidalia onions, thinly sliced cabbage, chopped pickled beets and organic spring mix. Also having leftover navy bean soup. Vanilla bean chia seed pudding tarts with fresh strawberries for dessert. Cheers!🥂
