French onion soup, which I am just finishing up.

A couple lobster cakes, which I purchased at the WF seafood department.

Ruffly green lettuce salad with cucumbers and scallions. French dressing with fennel seeds.

Kombucha: Ginger raspberry.

Dessert: Mascarpone-cherry filled chocolate cake slice topped with vanilla ice cream.

1. Potato Salad

With Hickory Farms Belgian Ale Mustard, Hot Sauce, a dash of Mrs Dash.

And a big ole Chicken Breast.

The Potato Salad is awesome with a nice zip to it.

2. Tortellini soup with cheese biscuits cranberry tart from Tj's

my kids coming in from Chicago tonight. Wee will be watching Tennessee play Ohio State tonight in the college playoffs. GO BIG ORANGE

3. Casey's gas station pizza 🍕.

Ice cream sandwich before bedtime.

6. Trader Joe's Harvest Chili

A very busy day and we didn’t feel like cooking tonight so we doctored up a couple pints of TJs Harvest Chili with more sweet corn and left over quinoa. Then we had some banana walnut bread as dessert. Cheers! 🥂

7. Bean Soup

Great northern bean soup, made with ham stock and ham scraps from the freezer. It has celery, onions, carrots and bell pepper for the veggies.

Served with buttered rye bread toast,
