Good morning everyone.

Black coffee. toasted whole grain English muffin with butter, and a hot Italian sausage link.

It is a grey, foggy, overcast morning without a hint of color in the east at ten minutes before sunrise. At least it is warmer and in the mid 40s.

TJ and the pup are in bed. The pup unsuccessfully petitioned me for a bit of sausage (too spicy) and had to settle for a few bits of the muffin. When there was nothing left to discuss, he went back to bed.

5. hash and eggs

made a hash w/ leftover pork tenderloin and topped it w/ 2 cheesy/over-eggs.
