Breakfast Wednesday 11 December 2024

I have sliced mushrooms, spinach & some onions cut up & ready to saute, then I'll scramble them with an egg, melt some Swiss cheese on top, buttered toast and hot tea later this morning

Toasted sunflower seed bread with olive oil butter.

Tangerine slices and chopped crystalized ginger on top of cottage cheese.

It's going to be 62!
