What's for Dinner, Sat., Nov., 21, 2024

Roasted turkey sandwich on artisan bread. Made thyme-garlic mayo for the spread, to which I will add lettuce.

Because it's cool and windy here, soup (vegetable-matzoh ball-chickpea) will be just the ticket. I will add more chopped, fresh spinach,
and chickpeas.

Pineapple-peach kombucha.

Dessert: chocolate satin pie.

There’s enough leftover from yesterday for 2 more meals. It was delicious so we don’t mind. Will finish it up tomorrow for lunch. Also having a small green salad as a side with homemade Italian dressing. Cheers! 🥂

I've been doing salads the last few days. Nothing special but I have discovered the best new grower and I can't get enough of their greens!

Check out Little Leaf if you're looking for something special.

You can find out about them here:

I'm not buying any other brand but their's ever again! I'm hooked!
