75 and jog 3 or 4 days a week.

Usually go for 4 to5 miles at a slow jog, slogging.
Recently purchased a vest that holds up to 40 lbs. Now doing 3 miles with 20 lbs. Hope to get up to 30lbs.
What a difference. Now feel my legs when I get done. Turning my running into a muscle building exercise.

I haven’t gone for a run in what has to be almost 2 years. I can’t really go with taking the dog or he’d bark like mad. Good boy but he loves walks with Daddy.

I ran 4-5 times a week for years. Decades really. Started 5 marathons and finished 4.

Might not finish last in my age group. Might see about one of those Thanksgiving Turkey Trots. I’ll be 76 by then.

Potomac Mills. Arlington towards Mt. Vernon. Bike/running path. Very small marathon maybe 400.? My bag was the last one in the picnic tables.

Richmond 2010 my time was within seconds of the highest “official” time limit.
