Heads would have rolled big time if this happened in the MAGs I served in.

We would have had non-stop FOD walks, tool box inspections, piss tests, cancelled 96 or 72s, demotions, not to mention investigations by respective unit QA, USMC IG, NAVAIRSYSCOM and JAG.
