Russian Debt Disaster - Joe Blogs
In this video I discuss a Report into Russian Corporate Debt that reveals a huge increase in Corporate Borrowing in Russia over the past 2 years and that the majority of this increase has been sponsore3d by the Kremlin. Many of the loans are to companies that do not have good credit ratings and this is increasing the risk on non payment. The increase in interest rates at the same as the increase in debt means a huge increase in borrowing costs which is putting further strain on Russian companies and the Russian Economy.
