As the war in Ukraine rages on, we’re seeing more complex shifts in global politics and military support. Recently, President Trump has suggested that Ukraine should provide rare earth minerals to the U.S. in exchange for the assistance it’s receiving in the conflict. Polish President Andrzej Duda suggested that Ukrainian soldiers returning home could contribute to a potential rise in global crime due to the trauma of war.
