Dr. Ravi Batra - The Downfall of Capitalism and Communism - 1978

A book I want to read again, and very soon. He was one of these cyclical history guys. Predicted the collapse of the USSR. Don't know what he said about Capitalism except it might result in a more just society. Anyone read it?

how capitalism would result in a more just society. Haven't we proven it doesn't work that way, now that we're in the end-stage of capitalism in the U.S.?

Now what I can wrap my head around... and agree with... is regulated capitalism. Just leaving everything up to greedy men (and/or women) never produces justice or takes care of need. It's all self-centered; not community-centered.

YMO... yours may differ, I agree...

He followed some Indian philosopher, Sakar i think his name was. I just threw this out there because it's kind of a bookend to the last 75 years, and it does seem like it's all going to change in unpredictable ways.
