A gunshot victim in Ohio likes his beer

A man who had been shot multiple times after an altercation with a taxi driver ordered up a beer from gas station employees who were treating him until the ambulance arrived.

“I’m good. Get me a beer,” the victim can be heard telling a gas station clerk on the call to 911.

“Don’t give him anything,” a 911 dispatcher interrupts.

“I can’t, baby I can’t. I’m saving you,” the clerk told the victim.

This was back in Minnesota in the mid 1960s. They actually agreed with his request and great grandma went to get some but when she came back he had passed.
