JANUARY 13--A couple having sex in broad daylight on a Florida park bench was arrested Sunday afternoon after a 12-year-old boy riding his bike spotted the lewd duo in action, according to cops.

The child was pedaling home through a park in Bunnell when he “observed a male and a female having intercourse on the park bench,” according to court records.

Upon arriving at his residence, the boy told his father what he had witnessed, prompting the man to go and see if the suspects remained on the scene. When the boy’s father arrived at the park, the couple was still on the bench and “the female was putting her pants back on.”

Police identified the suspects as William Murphy, 37, and Connie Whitaker-Roberts, 33. While the duo claimed to have just been kissing, cops arrested them after the boy positively identified the pair “as the individuals he observed having intercourse.”
