Apple Users
Related: About this forumI really hate iPhone speech-to-text. Where can I send a complaint that will actually get looked at?
I sent the following to Apple's "Unsolicited Suggestions" link, but I'm afraid that's the straight-to-oblivion link. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can send it to someone who may actually deal with it?

I switched from Android to Apple several iPhones ago. I was bitterly disappointed in the horrible speech-to-text performance on iPhone compared to Android. It has gone from the worst in the business to crashing through rock bottom & is now plunging into an abyss of uselessness. The recent update is punishingly bad in speech-to-text. Two minutes of queries online will show how enraged iPhone owners are about this. This has been a known problem for a decade or more. Entire Apple departments need to be fired & shown the door immediately. New staff has to be brought in to solve these problems. To hell with all the flashing new features that compromise the phones functionality and nobody wants.
There needs to be top-level executive head-chopping accountability here.

Short of that, I really don't know of anyone with inside influence, unless you can contact Mr. Daring Fireball (John Gruber) or other highly visible blogger.
tcook@apple.com hasn't worked for me.
