Ways to find things on DU
In case anyone needs some pointers.
If you like a post, and you are signed in, you can bookmark it and have it handy.
If you know the forum, open it up. You can use the Google search tool, found when you click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Google browser. Open the find and edit to get a field to type in a word or 2 of what you're looking for. if it's on the page, Google will highlight it, will also tell you how many times that term appears on the page. If you don't find it, you can go to the bottom of the page and click on page 2 and do another search.
DU has a search tool, located under Categories on the All Forums page: https://democraticunderground.com/?com=forums
If you use this tool, you can set up a search to locate users and posts. I use it fairly often and have had good luck.
