YouTube search question

Why is it that when I search for something on YT, something that should have *thousands* of videos, I get the same few titles on the topic, followed by tons more stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with my search??

I have the same issue with Amazon! WTAF??

These have nothing to do with either platform.

You input a trigger, they sell you what they want to sell you.

Try making liberal use of the 'Not Interested' option.

Hover your cursor over the title of the vid, just below the picture. There will appear three little black dots at the right hand side. Click the dots and you get a few hidden options. Eventually (it takes a long time...) the site will stop dishing up stuff you don't want to watch, if you're patient enough.
