Based on Chromium (open source Chrome). It's always in Privacy Mode, and deletes browsing history after use.

while it seems pretty good for secret browsing, I have no idea if it really works that well. And it does hang at times.
If you're looking to hide your porn sites from your wife, it works, but if you're looking to plan a revolution, who knows...
The built-in proxy might make it easier to have sock accounts.

The only downside is that some plugin-dependent sites I go to won't load or hang, and for those I keep a copy of Firefox on my desktop as well.
I'm quite pleased with Epic overall.
